Shipping Information

Freight costs are estimated by weight and dimensions & your delivery destination. At checkout the shipping options and freight estimates are available for you to view.

Standard Parcel– Trackable standard parcels are sent within 48 hours of receiving the online order. Delivery time frame for this option is 7-15 working days depending on your delivery destination.

Express Post – Trackable Express parcel is sent if you choose this option. Estimated delivery time frame for this service is 4 -6 days depending on your destination (Metro or Country, Local or Interstate)

Courier Delivery: if opted, your order will be shipped via Star Track or TNT for express, signature delivery within 3- 5 working days depending on your destination. Please note; we do need your work or daytime address where you or someone is available to sign for the parcel as couriers will not leave parcel if premises are unattended or if you gave a PO BOX address.

International: Dear Customer, sometimes we may need to ask you for additional identity documents to verify that your purchase is coming from a genuine account. This action is being taken in order to stop fraudulent credit card transactions. If we are unsatisfied re the identity of the purchaser, we reserve the right to refund the order to the credit card the original purchase was made on. Thank you.

All international orders are shipped via ; Australia Post, DHL or TNT whichever is cost effective. Please email your queries to sales@hockeyinternational.com.au for freight estimates & delivery time frame to your destination.

Customs Duties & Import Costs - Please note; you are responsible for all customs duties and charges that might be applicable to your imported products in your country.
