Returns & Exchange
For all the online purchases; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or return. Please make sure the products are returned in its original condition, unused, packaged & labeled along with your proof of purchase and reason for return.
Please make sure the product is returned freight prepaid as we do not accept delivery of any goods freight collect.
if you are requesting to exchange the items due to wrong size /color /style etc, we will aim to provide you with the same product or product of the same value whichever is suitable/ available. if the size/ style/ color requested is sold out, we will discuss with you an exchange option or offer to refund your purchase amount or issue a credit note to be used later. (whichever is agreed)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will let you know when the exchanged product has been shipped or refund has been processed whichever is the case.
For refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or funds returned via original method of payment, within 7 days.

Clearance items, marked with 'No Returns' will not be accepted for refund. you can however send these items back for an exchange with another item of the same/similar value.
Faulty Returns/ Claims
If you are returning goods that you think may be Faulty, First, please refer to the warranty related to your products (usually found on the manufacturers website). If your items are within the warranty period, please contact us to lodge the claim. We may request you send some images of the faulty product to clearly show us the fault/damage. once we have reviewed the images, we will contact you via email /phone to let you know if this claim is approved for return. Then please return the product along with your proof of purchase for the product to be replaced /exchanged. Please send your products (freight will need to be paid by you). Replacement products will be sent to you freight paid by us.
If your products are a little bit over the warranty period, you can still lodge a claim for assessment of the damage. if the damage is Unascertained (the damage is due to overuse/ misuse of products) we may offer you a partial claim or rebate toward the purchase of new products.
